Jehane Benoît (1904 Montréal -1987 Sutton) a étudié la chimie alimentaire à la Sorbonne et la cuisine au Cordon Bleu à Paris. Elle a aussi obtenu un diplôme en diététique de l’Université de Lyon. De retour à Montréal, elle a fondé en 1933 sa propre école culinaire Au fumet de la Vieille-France.…[...]
